The project was winner of 2006 AIA Palm Beach Design Awards
Mixed Use Development including retail, Loft style and Townhome units of various types.. The challenge here was to design a medium density, yet urban community. that would utilize sustainable principles. Some of the issues presented were managing the vehicular parking so it would
not disrupt the pedestrian character of the place and providing enough unit and building types to encourage a socially and economically diverse community.
