4,400 SF home modern home located in West Palm Beach. It takes inspiration from  the simple geometry of the local Architecture of the 20’s and 30’s and pays tribute to Italian rationalism figures such as Aldo Rossi in their use of vernacular typologies.

The house, set up as two simple bars, revolves around a central courtyard that brings light and shade to the core of the site.

Winner 2023 AIA Palm Beach Merit  Award Design Excellence Non-Residential

Completed

Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida

7,200 SF building that will house the Teen Center for the Boys and Girls Club of Deerfield Beach. As the children become teens, they  need a space of their own. The Teen Center will have a large game room where students can play pool, ping-pong, foosball and air hockey; a computer room where they can catch up on homework; and a big screen TV for relaxing after school. The Architecture has as a goal to provide the teens a space distinct from the younger children’s building and with a look and feel that they can identify with.
