The project consists of 14 courtyard Townhouses on the Edge of the Flamingo Park neighborhood. The project creates a transition between the industrial and entertainment area of Grand View Heights and the historic neighborhoods of West Palm Beach. The courtyard typology selected allows for the garages to be accessed from an alley while creating a serene and cool space at the core of each unit.
