The exterior showcases a blend of wood warm tones and white, complementing the natural beauty of the coastal environment.
Aluminum sun shading devices, integrated into the architecture, extend across large windows. These devices help filter harsh sunlight, creating a comfortable, cool atmosphere inside while maintaining privacy. The strategically placed sun filters block direct sun from specific angles but allow soft, diffused light to illuminate the interiors. This design choice also ensures that the home is energy efficient, keeping it cool without sacrificing the natural light and views.
