Addition and complete renovation of Historic Home in Flamingo Park, West Palm Beach.

As all renovations, this project was full of surprises. We had to work closely with the builder to develop solutions to give new a life to house form 1925. The idea was to create a new oasis taking advantage of the double lot while respecting and enhancing the charming simplicity of the original Spanish style house.
