2014-2016 Completed
4,000 Sf Home located on the North Beach Overlay Disctrict of Delray, just a few blocks from the Beach. The Design takes inspiration from Floridas vernacular Architecture. All spaces are oriented towards a front courtyard where the pool is located. The layout allows for all breezes to circulate through and creates an informal and relaxed beach house atmosphere, appropriate for our region and climate.
