The purpose of the competition was to encourage ideas to re-think the old prefab modular classrooms with sustainability as a primary goal. Ou project is developed as a kit of parts that allows the classroom to be adapted to any particular climatic, programatic or site condition. Individual pieces give the
unit total flexibility and make of a prefabricated structure a totally customizable one. The premise is that more than high-tech gadgetry, sustainability should be acheived through adaptability to any local site condition.
