Phase I of this renovation and addition to a 1920s house in Historic Swinton Avenue is now complete. The front porch and a a master suite were added while the exterior and interior were completely modernized. Phase II will include a new guest house and a pool. We worked hard to preserve the character of the house while modernizing it.
