Contemporary Home of +/-4,200 SF facing a canal in a lovely East Boca neighborhood.
The house is compact but the volumes stagger to create a dynamic appearance. The use of different materials and planes adds warmth and scale to the composition. The interior opens to integrate with the pool deck and balcony areas.
