Alejandro Borrero, AIA, LEED AP
Founder & Principal Architect
Alejandro Borrero is an award-winning architect and the founder of Borrero Architecture. With a broad portfolio of building types, Alejandro is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to improving community quality of life through design. A recipient of multiple AIA Palm Beach Excellence in Design Awards, he blends local expertise with international experience to deliver spaces that are as functional as they are inspiring.
He has served in the AIA Palm Beach board and was vice chair of the Public Art Advisory Board of Delray Beach.
Jonathan Villaman, AIA
Project Manager
Jonathan Villaman is a licensed architect with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial design, ranging from interior renovations to new construction projects. Since joining Borrero Architecture, he has played a key role in project development, office administration systems, and the implementation of Revit standards across the firm’s workflow. In addition to his architectural practice, Jonathan has served as an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College. He is also actively involved in the architectural community through leadership roles with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) at both the local and state levels.
Leonardo Riaño
Project Manager
Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across the U.S. and internationally. Proven expertise in leading design development, producing construction documents, and managing projects from concept through permitting. Highly skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, civil) to achieve fully integrated, code-compliant solutions. Extensive knowledge of Florida Building Code, ADA, and life-safety regulations, with a strong track record working with both private clients and corporate accounts
